Last updated: 19 August 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Pemican Tools through https://pemicantools.com. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Seller

The seller is PEMICAN DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, trading as Pemican Tools, company number 11574230, registered in England and Wales at Ground Floor, Cooper House, 316 Regents Park Road, London, N3 2JX, United Kingdom. Email: support@pemicantools.com.

2. Eligibility and customer information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Business-related checkout fields, where shown, are optional for consumer purchases unless needed for a particular transaction.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product colours can vary by screen, and dimensions or weights may be approximate where stated. Package contents are those shown in the product description. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended task, material and working environment.

4. Ordering and contract formation

You select products, provide delivery and payment details, and submit the order through checkout.

The order submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting the order, or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious price or description error, inability to authorise payment, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address or a legal restriction. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.

5. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The total payable is shown before you place the order. Standard shipping is free to eligible destinations. Payment is processed using the methods available at checkout and is subject to our Payment Policy.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within a further 3–5 business days using a tracked Royal Mail service or another suitable tracked UK carrier. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a person identified by the consumer to receive them, unless the consumer independently commissioned a carrier not offered by us.

7. Cancellation and returns

Consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods. We will bear all costs associated with the return. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled under applicable law. See our Refund Policy for the process and exceptions.

8. Product safety and use

Read and follow all instructions, warnings and rated limits supplied with a product. Use suitable personal protective equipment and inspect tools before use. Do not modify a product or use it for an unintended task. Nothing in this clause reduces our responsibility for supplying goods that meet applicable legal requirements.

9. Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.

We supply consumer products for private use unless a product page and order expressly support business use. If you use products for business purposes, we are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for loss of profit, business, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings, data or goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, keep you informed where appropriate and explain any cancellation rights that apply if the delay is substantial.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale and contracts made under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom retains mandatory local protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available in their place of residence.

12. General

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. No person other than you and us has a right to enforce the contract, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Contact

Questions, complaints or cancellation notices may be sent to support@pemicantools.com.
